The nomination period for the following APSA Board of Directors Offices is now open through February 15, 2025:
President, Treasurer, Canadian Region Director, Central Region Director and Southeast Region Director
- Region Directors shall be elected by members residing in that region, and the Director must reside in the region they are elected to represent.
- Nominations may be submitted by email, post (regular mail) or facsimile.
- Please ensure nominations indicate the following:
- Name of nominee.
- Position for which the person is being nominated.
- Person making the nomination.
- Both the person being nominated and the person making the nomination must be current members and in good standing in APSA. Additionally, the person being nominated must have been a member of APSA for at least one (1) year.
- Voting will be done electronically and e-ballots will be distributed on or about June 1, 2025. The voting period will last not less than 30 days.
- For members entitled to vote that have not provided an email address to APSA, a postcard will be mailed to their address of record with instructions on how to access their e-ballot.
- The results of the electronic voting will be announced via email distribution to the membership as well as at the Annual General Membership Meeting conducted July 17, 2025 during APSCON / APSCON Unmanned 2025 in Phoenix, AZ.
