APSCON 2026 and APSCON Unmanned 2026 will take place concurrently in Ft. Lauderdale, FL the week of July 13-17. Please be advised APSA has a strict ‘No Suitcasing Policy’ which prohibits marketing your company products/services at our events unless you are registered for an official booth/tabletop exhibit space or sponsorship.
APSA policy firmly restricts representatives or organizations that have not secured an official booth/tabletop exhibit space or sponsorship from soliciting business and/or distributing promotional materials of any type within APSA events and/or immediately adjacent areas.
Further, those organizations that have secured an official APSA exhibit booth(s)/tabletop(s)/sponsorship(s) must conduct all business activities from within their assigned booth/tabletop/sponsor space and may not impede traffic through the event and/or immediately adjacent areas.
