The Aviation Unit Manager Course for Public Safety Drone Operations is designed for public safety unit managers and supervisors and provides the latest information and tools to effectively and efficiently manage, supervise and lead their agency’s drone unit. The course will include topics regarding unit administration, budgets and finance, safety and SOPs, training program management, legal and regulatory issues and personnel selection. Each class is designed specifically for the manager and supervisor to enhance his/her ability to lead their unit. This course is intended for public safety drone unit managers who oversee their agency’s drone operation. The course is appropriate for law enforcement, fire and SAR agencies.
