2024 Remote Pilot-In-Command Course : HYBRID (June-July)

APSA is pleased to offer a Remote Pilot-in-Command (RPIC) Course in a hybrid format. This course consists of an approximately 16-hour online, self-paced portion followed by a 4-hour live online review, Q&A and test preparation session.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:
This course is designed to provide students with a review of the Federal Aviation Regulations Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification Process and prepare students to pass the FAA Pilot’s Exam. Success requires completion of both the self-paced portion and participation in the live online session.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:
This course is intended for public safety personnel, both sworn and non-sworn, that are interested in obtaining their FAA Remote Pilot Certificate under FAR PART 107.

Course Description & Agenda:

This Unmanned Aircraft General - Federal Aviation Administration (UAG - FAA) Remote Pilot Test Prep Course combines an on-line learning platform with 4 hours of web-based classroom training designed to increase the students chances of passing the exam on the first attempt! Students will learn about the test and develop an understanding of the subject matter associated with the FAA Knowledge Exam. Registration gets students access to:

  • On-line course content where the student can study at their own pace
  • 4 hours of web video based instruction
  • Access to an online instructor to discuss any material

Cancellation Policy

APSA commits significant resources to providing quality educational courses. To deliver these courses most economically to our registrants, we commit to our providers well in advance and seek optimal student enrollment. Accordingly, we exercise the following cancellation policies:

  • No cancellations allowed within twenty-one (21) days prior to the start of the event.
  • Cancellations before 21 days prior to the start of the event are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

This course registration entitles only those registered to attend. APSA reserves the right to review each registration prior to approval.
