APSCON 2019 | Exhibit (Rates & Exhibit Space)

Exhibit Fees

Booth pricing is detailed in the APSCON 2019 Propectus.

APSCON booth pricing is based in a tiered program dependent upon the booth location within the exhibit hall. Please note Non-Corporate Members will be assessed a $450 surcharge.

To exhibit at the member rate, your membership dues for APSCON fiscal year 2018–19, must be received before or at the time space applications are received.

To become a corporate member of APSA, click here to join online. If you have questions, please contact the Membership Department at 301-631-2406 or bosborne@PublicSafetyAviation.org.

Assignment of Space

An exhibit hall floorplan must be laid out to allow a streamline flow of traffic for attendees and to provide an overall balance to the hall, while addressing the locations of utility ports, columns, fire marshal regulations, facility move-in/out door sizes and locations, and other restrictions. APSA reserves the right to assign space subject to these parameters and to relocate a booth, should unforeseen circumstances arise.

APSA has identified four anchor exhibitors: Airbus Helicopters, Bell, Leonardo Helicopters and MD Helicopters. Each of these companies' exhibits historically utillizes 1,500 - 3,000 sq. ft. on an annual basis. These companies will be placed first within the exhibit hall assignments, on a yearly rotation schedule. The remainder of APSCON booth assignments are created to maximize the exhibit hall space, static space, APSCON Tech-Talk Theater and Food & Beverage/Networking areas.

Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis beginning on the Friday of the previous year's event.

To register for booth space, please complete and return the Contract for Exhibit Space/Exhibitor Rules & Regulations via fax to 301-631-2466 or via email to bosborne@PublicSafetyAviation.org.

Booth Cancellation

Exhibitors may reduce or cancel contracted space by submitting written notice to the APSA Headquarters, in accordance with the following schedule:

  • Written notice received 60 days or more from the event: 75% refund
  • Written notice received 30 - 59 days from the event: 50% refund
  • No refunds will be issued less than 30 days from the start of the event.
