APSCON 2021 exhibitor pre-registration is only available online. Exhibitor contacts will be able to manage their company's exhibiting personnel list up to and through the show in the Exhibitor Portal. Changes can be made online until July 11, 2021. Badges will NOT be mailed; ALL badges must be picked up on site. Online Exhibitor Registration is now open. A link to online registration will be emailed to the primary booth contact. Please have your booth number and confirmation number to register your badges. |

Exhibiting companies receive: THREE (3) complimentary exhibitor badges per 10'x10′ booth space assigned and TWO (2) complimentary exhibitor badges per 30'x30′ static space assigned, up to a combined maximum of 30 passes. Exhibitor Registration will be located in the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center Halls I-2J Lobby. On-site hours will be: |

Once an exhibiting company's complimentary allotment is exhausted, the individual must pay for additional badges. Badge exchanges may be made until 12:00 pm on Tuesday, July 27, but the badge to be replaced MUST be turned in at Exhibitor Registration before any exchange is issued. |
