APSCON 2018 exhibitor pre-registration is only available online. Exhibitor contacts will be able to manage their company's exhibiting personnel list up to and through the show in the Exhibitor Portal. Changes can be made online until June 30, 2018. Badges will NOT be mailed; ALL badges must be picked up on site. Online Exhibitor Registration will open mid-March 2018. A link to online registration will be emailed to the primary booth contact. Please have your booth number and confirmation number to register your badges. |

Exhibiting companies receive: THREE (3) complimentary exhibitor badges per 10'x10′ booth space assigned and TWO (2) complimentary exhibitor badges per 30'x30′ static space assigned, up to a combined maximum of 30 passes. Exhibitor Registration will be located in the Kentucky Exposition Center (South Wing | Hall C Lobby). On-site hours will be: |

Exhibitors will be able to pick up their badge(s) at the Registration Desk in the Kentucky Exposition Center (South Wing | Hall C Lobby). Once an exhibiting company's complimentary allotment is exhausted, the individual must pay for additional badges. Badge exchanges may be made until 12:00 pm on Tuesday, July 10, but the badge to be replaced MUST be turned in at Exhibitor Registration before any exchange is issued. |
