Advance Registration Prices (registration must be received before 5PM EST on July 11, 2016) *To qualify to attend at the Full-Time Student registration fee, you must not be employed full-time in the field of Public Safety Aviation and you must be enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited, degree-granting institution. A copy of your student ID is required with your registration form.

Please Register On-SiteConference Registration (Download PDF) Conference Course Registration (Download PDF) Advance registration is open from March 21, 2016 through July 11, 2016. If mailing your registration, to receive the advance fee, APSA must receive the registration form postmarked no later than 5PM EST July 11, 2016 and payment MUST accompany the registration form. After July 11, 2016 ALL registrations must be handled onsite and will be charged the onsite registration fee. Conference Course and Conference attendees may cancel their registration(s) and receive a full refund by submitting written notice, which must be received in the APSA Home Office by June 30, 2016. All cancellations received after this date will be charged a $30 administrative fee. |

EXHIBIT HALL POLICY |
APSA policy firmly restricts representatives or organizations that have not been assigned an official exhibit booth space from soliciting business and/or distributing promotional materials of an type within the Exhibit Hall area or any other areas. Further, those organizations that have been assigned an official APSA exhibit booth(s) must conduct all business activities from within their assigned booth space and may not impede traffic through the Exhibit Hall aisles and other areas. |
